Who is Right?

An interesting dilemma that came up in class on wednesday, is something I'd like to call who is right. In many of the Psalms, we find the speaker asking God to strike down his enemies who have sinned against him. The situation would inevitably occur where two God fearing people would get in a dispute. It is possible to see a situation where  a speaker of one Psalm is asking God to punish some body for sinning against him, and this person would simultaneously be asking God the same thing, each would feel that they were right, and the other person sinned.
Either way, it seems that one of these people would come away feeling frustrated and confused at God, right? If either man sees the other living large, they should feel that got is not listening to him. This is where faith comes in. According to the psalms, those who sin will eventually be punished (but not in heaven and hell way, because there was no heaven and hell at this time). they have to have the faith to believe that eventually they the other person will get theirs. This is like a fail-safe for keeping people's belief in the writings of the Psalms.
Another fail-safe that comes up in the Psalms would be that the if your prayers aren't being answered, there must have been something that you did wrong, or you must not be worshiping God enough, and maybe you should do more. These type of Psalms help to hold people faith by stating if your prayers arent immediately answered, in due time they will be, or it is something that you are doing wrong. The main point of this was to bring up that interesting dilemma. It led to me wondering why people would still have faith in God if their prayers werent answered. The answer to this was in the Psalms themselves.
